Sacred Games Star Nawazuddin Siddiqui Praises Coke Studio Song



The hit song from Coke Studio Season 9 ‘Tera Woh Pyaar’ was Nawazuddin Siddiqui favourite song. The song was released in 2016 and has crossed over 132 million views.

Recently Nawazuddin was invited to an interview by Arbaaz Khan in the show Quick Heal Pinch by Arbaaz Khan , where the actor shared that he would listen to the song on repeat while he was shooting Manto movie(2018).

“During Manto, I use to listen only one song. It is by Coke Studio star Momina Mustehsan and it’s called ‘Tera Woh Pyaar’ featuring Momina Mustehsan and Asim Azhar. I use to like that song so much that i would listen to it before the shooting of every scene in that movie”

“The song did not match to the movie at all, yet I would enter some sort of a high whenever I listened to it”, he added.

The Co-Singer from that song Asim Azhar also shared the interview video of Nawazuddin Siddiqui on his Instagram where Nawaz is talking about ‘Tera Woh Pyaar’ . Asim wrote “When your favourite actor listens to your song everyday,”. He also thanked Nawazuddin Siddiqui for the appreciation saying “Shukriya Nawazuddin”.


We all can actually relate from this , because we all have listened this song back to back when it came out.

The Pakistani stars Momina Mustehsan and Asim Azhar gathered massive popularity quickly after they appeared in Coke Studio and people started loving them with this hit collaboration .They definitely have something magical in their voice and the composition of this song due to which people cannot stop listening to this song.

Previously Asim Azhar was nominated for the ‘Best Non-Film Track’ in Sony’s MIX Audience Music Awards, India. Seems like Pakistani music is quite famous on the other side of border.
