Proud Moment For Pakistan During Covid Crisis, 19 Year Old Girl Aleha Jahanzeb from LGS wins All Asia Debate Contest.
Amid the ongoing covid crisis, one seldom comes across a piece of good news. Hence everyone craves to hear some comforting headline. Wishing to come across some adequate soothing experience. Pakistan is currently facing a tempestuous time due to Covid-19 pandemic. But in the darkest of night, our stars shine the brightest. It was a proud moment for Pakistan, when one of our stars glared brightly to bring honor to her Nation.
A 19 Year old girl named Aleha Jahanzeb won the All Asia Debate Tournament 2020. From Lahore studying in LGS Defense School, Aleha always has been an active speaker. She not only shines in the debating realm, but is also the Head Girl of her school. She has lively participated in Debating Competitions and Public Speaking Sessions.
Her Backstory :
Aleha was brought up in a society that regularly suppresses progressive thoughts and ideas. Hence she was driven to research extensively into the unbalanced effects of societal anatomy on the helpless and oppressed groups. She made it an aim of her life to raise and amplify the voices of such groups, who were silenced through the means of social work.
Aleha Jahanzeb is a diligent student who always strives hard towards achieving her goals. She is the perfect example of Beauty with Brains. Aleha has represented and made her country proud on multiple occasions.She represented Pakistan in the International Public Speaking Competition in London, which was organized and hosted by The English Speaking Union. She also was an active debater at The Shahjiwana International Debating Championship held in University of Lahore.
This time she clinched a far flung glory, and won the All Asia Debate Tournament 2020.
The Nation is extremely proud of her earnest struggles and exceptional achievements. She is a beacon of light and a source of inspiration for all our Youth. It is really soothing to see our younger generation making such strides globally and making a difference in our somewhat torn society.
