Britain’s Royals to visit Pakistan: Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William, and Kate Middleton, have their first royal visit to Lahore Pakistan, planned on Monday evening. Shah Mehmood Qureshi addressed the reporters on Friday, “This is a goodwill visit, and they want to promote good relations between Pakistan, England, and our new generation.”

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, and his wife gave a heart-warming welcome to the Britain couple as the plane landed in the Nur Khan AirBase Near the capital. This visit to Pakistan will be for 5 days and will end on the 18th of October.

This visit has already provided a quick boost to their retail industry. The previous week, merchandise of a pair of 6£ earrings made by Pakistani designer Zeen Gold were put up for sale soon after the duchess was seen wearing them at the event held in London.

This visit was held under special security arrangements being supervised by the military, “This is the most complex tour undertaken by The Duke and Duchess to date, given the logistical and security considerations,” Kensington Palace said in a statement.

Prince William and Kate Middleton will visit Lahore, Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad and many stony borders of The West. This visit will stretch over 1,000 kilometers and will take in Pakistan’s wealth of culture, various localities, and it’s astonishing landscapes, the Kensington Palace statement said.

There are hopeful signs, such as British Airways return earlier this year after a decennary period and the slow but steadfast restoration of international cricket.
