Islamabad: The capital’s signature food festival Islamabad Taste is happening at Jinnah Convention Center from 29th Nov – 1st Dec and has more than 100 eateries gathered in one space alongside fun activities, musical events and shows. The event is sponsored by Sky Electric and Zong 4G.  Entry to the event is allowed by ticket at the nominal price of PKR 350/- which is very low in comparison to the value and fun it has to offer.

Islamabad Taste has brought up all the Islamabadians to one place and rejoice the capital’s love for food. With a wide range of scrumptious food stalls from desi to Chinese and Italian, the food festival is no short of variety. Every food chain and restaurant has been given a chance to showcase their talent and attract visitors with appetizing food presentations and creative stalls. The eateries at Islamabad Taste range from startups to well-known food chains.

Moreover, the event has a great artist line up for three days making the crowd stay a little longer.

The event has also brought up social awareness by designing activities around clean green energy and climate change. SkyElectric, that is the key energizer of the event, is Pakistan’s first smart solar solution provider not only cutting clean energy costs but also mainstreaming the use of renewable energy. If you are planning to stop by today, do participate in their photo contest and scavenger hunt designed to hint people for climate action.

I am loving the vibe here. Made new friends and got to meet so many old ones. I don’t miss out on events like these because of the great meetups they are. Waqas Amjad, A vlogger from Islamabad
