Ozdemir’s massive social media presence of a million plus YouTube subscribers, 23+ million on TikTok, over 460 thousand on Twitter and 17+ million Instagram followers also translates to the real world. At a young age of 26 years, Burak has become the owner of 3 branches of the Hatay Medeniyetler Sofrasi chain of restaurants. His restaurants are located in the Taksim, Aksaray, and Etiler areas of Turkey.
Many Pakistanis have eaten at his restaurants and have had nothing but positive things to say about his recipes. Hopefully, he brings his staple culinary pleasures here. His kebabs are no doubt priced a little on the more expensive side, going for as much as 60 lira a piece in his native restaurants. But, if Burak does bring his recipes here and prices them competitively, it would serve a major role in introducing Pakistanis to a new flavor and culture.
